What is a project?
A project is created for each website, image, or prototype you test. This makes it easy to invite testers and keep your test results organized.
What is a session?
A session is an individual test conducted using Hawkeye. You can invite testers using a shareable link or by sending email invitations.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. If you would prefer to pay by wire transfer, just reach out using the chat button :)
Do you offer invoices?
Yes! We'll email you an invoice whenever your plan renews. You can also view and download all your invoices in your team's billing settings.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You'll have access to your plan until the end of your billing period. At this time, projects and sessions that exceed the free plan limits will be locked.
What happens if I exceed my plan's session and project limits?
Any sessions or projects that exceed your plan's limits will be locked. This means all your data will still be saved, but will only be accessibly once you upgrade your plan.
Can I change my payment method?
For sure! You can update your credit card at any time from your team's billing settings.
